Prior to Strategar, she spent 17 years leading account management and insights team for some largest brands including: Southwest Airlines, Univision, Chevy, Whataburger, Bank of America, Sprint and Avocados From Mexico. Angelica Ocampo was hired as a junior strategist and to help enhance our customer-centric experience. With a strong passion for arts and crafting she stepped up to offer her creative chops and keen eye for design. Angelica now leads the art direction and creative approach across clients. While we don’t enjoy labels and feel they fall flat, we’ve settled on one that describes her role. It’s a mix of story telling through creative and brand stewardship – and hence the title, Brand Story Thinker. Angelica is currently pursuing her Art History degree from the University of North Texas.

Dawn Albert serves as the Brand Execution Manager Strategar. With over a decade in advertising she has run complex timelines and campaigns for brands including: Bank of America, Hewlett Packard, Walmart, Mattel, Pfizer, Mileage Plus, United Airlines, University of Maryland University College, and National Institute of Health. 

Dawn received her degree in graphic design and Advertising from Sam Houston State University and interned with marketing and publicity for the DoD in England. You can reach Dawn at

Dean Willis is the chief operating officer of Strategar. His mission is to provide technical and operational support for Strategar’s team and clients. His deep technical knowledge and management experience contribute to Strategar’s problem-solving success.

Prior to Strategar, Dean spent 30 years in communications technology development and intellectual property consulting. He has worked both for retailers like JC Penney (where he built their first web site) and for technology heavyweights including Sprint, MCI and Cisco Systems on projects in both the civilian and defense sectors. Dean lead worldwide industry teams in developing international standards for the Internet and Mobile Phone industries and served on the board of directors for the Open Mobile Alliance. He was privileged to be part of two successful startups, including Paranet (acquired by Sprint) and Dynamicsoft (acquired by Cisco). His intellectual property consulting clients include many law firms, as well as leading technology companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, Siemens, Lucent, British Telecom, and others. Dean earned Bachelor of Computer Science (minor in civil engineering) and Master of Computer Science (minor in industrial engineering) degrees from Texas A&M University at College Station. You can reach Dean at
